Hungary says it will not enforce ICC’s warrant for the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on its territory.
He noted that the investigation also relied on evidence from CCTV footage, authenticated audio, photo and video materials.
The ICC judges must now decide whether there is sufficient evidence to open a trial.
“These are international crimes. They are organised, widespread, systematic,” Amnesty International secretary general Agnès Callamard said.
ICC prosecutor Karim Khan is expected to visit Kinshasa and Congo’s provinces affected by rebel groups from May 28 to May 31.
