The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have arrested a Nigerian, Barnabas Terhemba Jime, once convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
The ICE said Mr Olusanjo was previously arrested for child molestation and sexual battery amongst other offences.
Mr Egbele’s immigration woes first began in 2012 after he was arrested for a drug offence.
Federal agents picked up Mr Lemon on Thursday night, claiming he violated a law that shields religious worshippers.
Ms Sammartino ordered “respondents to immediately release petitioner from custody subject to the conditions of his preexisting order of supervision.”
Mr Mbayo had been in ICE custody since ICE Homeland Security Investigations arrested him on June 30, 2025.

A U.S.-based Nigerian Yahoo boy, Rotimi Oladimeji, has been arrested by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement team in New Orleans.
