Mr Salako said that the buildings would take about three months or more to be demolished.
The expert said building collapse thrive because people compromise standards and “neglecting to do what is right.”
The Lagos government on Sunday said it conducted tests on 19,968 building materials in 2021 to curb cases of building collapse.
The forensic experts were initially able to identify 45 of the 50 dead bodies from the collapse.
So far, the tribunal has had to set up the secretariat and arrange logistics for its assignment.
Identification of bodies of the victims of the incident has continued at the IDH, Yaba, Lagos.
The speaker who pushed for compensation said “If the agencies had done the needful, we would not have this sad occurrence.”
