A victim, who spoke to one of his relatives and confirmed by the rescue team, said some of them gathered around the mustard point in the building when it collapsed.
An online flyer pitched the building as “Luxury in the Sky.” It was 80 per cent completed prior to the collapse and was expected to start running in 2022.
