Governor Bala Mohammed has declared Monday work-free day to enable would-be voters in Bauchi to participate in the continuous voter registration.
Yiaga Africa said its 500 observers deployed in all 16 local government areas of the state, observed incidents of vote-trading during the election.
“INEC should tell us whether its problem is the lack of adequate machines or manpower to carry out the exercise so we will know how to help out.”
They vowed to challenge the outcome at the tribunal.
Mr Ibrahim said the organisation was creating awareness on the importance of voter registration and mobilising participation in the exercise.
A spokesperson to Mr Oni told Peoples Gazette that the SDP candidate would consult leaders of the party for a review of the exercise before commenting on the process.
President Buhari urged Mr Oyebanji to be magnanimous in victory in the interest of the state’s people.
Mr Oyebanji, a former Secretary to the State Government, polled 187,057 votes to defeat his challengers.
The uploading started shortly after the close of voting and sorting of votes in some polling units across the state.
“Set up was done promptly and polls commenced before 9:00 a.m., in at least 88 per cent of the locations,” the group, made up of over 70 CSOs, said.
