The court adjourned the case until June 29.

The case is coming up for hearing for the first time on Monday.
He said that Mr Shuaibu polled 35,356 votes to defeat Lawal Garba-Haruna of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM).
Ms Ogwu said Mr Johnson polled 47,961 votes to defeat three other candidates.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said the total number of registered voters was 1,059,360.
