Mr Osanyintuyi said that the defendant stole cocoa beans belonging to the complainant, Mr Rotimi Olajide.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to a four-count charge of: threat to life, assault and breach of peace.
The prosecutor said that the offences contravened Sections 249(9) and 351 of Laws of Osun, 2002.
