The Ukrainian authorities said that 25 people, including two children, had died in the attack, while at least 30 others were injured.
Ms Zakharova accused authorities at the United Nations of preventing an inspection by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Rafael Grossi, director general of the IAEA raised concerns about the state of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Enerhodar.
“We consider this message from the head of the IAEA as another attempt to get to the (power plant) by any means in order to legitimise the presence of occupiers.”
The IAEA said North Korea’s nuclear programme was “a clear violation of relevant UN Security Council resolutions.”
Iran said it’s expanded production of weapons-grade uranium was in response to U.S.’ sanctions on it.
