The 326-member PDP Presidential Election Campaign Council will be inaugurated on September 28.
“The North cannot produce a president for eight years and still wants to retain it for another eight years. It is not going to work,” said Mr Akeredolu.
“I think it is just morally fair that it goes to the South,” Mr Sanwo-Olu explained. “South-West is showing serious interest in that space.”
This brings to 26 the number of APC presidential aspirants to pick the N100 million nomination forms.
The Nigerian senator has also scheduled a press conference to unfurl his agenda for the top office.
