Mr Buhari had acknowledged that Mr Pantami supported terrorist organisations and incited the Muslim communities against the Christians in the North through the declaration of jihad and fatwa.
“The Honourable Minister, Dr Pantami, was presented with the Certificate of Nomination (sic) in his office today, while the award will be presented on a later date.”
Mr Campbell, however, stated that solutions to Nigeria’s many challenges are not immediately clear on the horizon.
Mr Pantami and his colleagues also concluded that they “shall use our men who are in the military to help us bring arms and ammunition into Kaduna.”
Mr Buhari stated that the programme will aid the government to easily identify its citizens, especially criminal deviants.
“First of all, issues associated with the safety of this technology have been adequately addressed. Nigerians have been sensitised on the safety of this technology.”
