Mr Olu-Balogun alleged that the defendant unlawfully assaulted one Funmilayo Olaniyi by striking her with fist blows.
The trio pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Ms Odumosu sentenced both the mother and daughter to six months’ imprisonment, each with an option of a N5,000 fine.
Mr Ayodele claimed that the singer had learnt his lessons and now remorseful.
Nine of his associates who carried out the attack were arrested and arraigned on a five-count charge.
The prosecutor said the convict could also not give an account of where he got the yam flour, palm oil and other food items in his possession, all worth N1,000.
The spokesperson for the command, Omololoa Odutola, admitted that the suspect died in the police cell but denied that he was not tortured.
