The state police spokesperson said that the driver of the bus, along with nine passengers, died on the spot.
“The committee’s objectives include educating the public about social vices and their negative impacts,” the council said.
Mr Abdulkadir-Fanini said a notice of withdrawal of the state was filed on Oct. 24.
