He stated that the revitalisation and development of the textile sector would help save foreign exchange and create jobs.
He said the initiative is part of efforts to implement the strategic consensus reached by the Presidents of China and Nigeria.
Mr Enoh charged members of the board to play a pivotal role in transforming Nigeria’s automotive sector.
Mr Yusuf noted that the state government was committed to providing all the needed support to enhance agricultural produce.
Mr Enoh highlighted ongoing fiscal and monetary policy efforts under President Bola Tinubu’s administration to sustain industrial growth.
The council also approved a loan scheme for MSMEs known as the syndicated de-risked loans for small businesses.

The tournament, sponsored by Enoh, the immediate past Minister of Sports Development, drew top players across Nigeria.
He said that the group would meet quarterly with stakeholders to evaluate performance.
