Mr Enoh’s appointment follows a cabinet reshuffle by President Bola Tinubu on October 23.

”We are in close contact with the appropriate authorities, and we are sparing no effort in ensuring that this situation is resolved swiftly,” said the sports minister.
Mr Enoh said this statement at Samson Opaluwah’s book launch and 70th birthday celebration on Sunday in Abuja.
Bolaji became the first African to win a medal in para-badminton.
Zuxian defeated Bolaji with a 2-0 victory (16-21 and 17-21).
Mr Enoh expressed confidence in the athletes and their potential to achieve greatness.
Enoh emphasised the need for the athletes to do better than Team Nigeria’s poor performance at the just concluded Olympic Games.
Mr Isah said that the Minister of Sports, John Enoh, promised to reward the athletes with cash.
