It is the third package of military aid the EU has agreed to send to Ukraine to defend itself amid the Russian invasion.
EU Foreign Policy chief Josep Borrell says the European Union’s diplomatic representation in Kyiv will reopen on Friday.
It added that it would fund weapons for Ukraine to help it defend itself against Russia’s invasion.
The EU also plans to impose further sanctions against Russia’s ally Belarus, Russian oligarchs, business people, and politicians.
