“I have been coming to this court but they are always closed. Today, I am lucky they are around. I came to do affidavit for my age,” Mr Ibrahim narrated to The Gazette.

Mr Adetola said that although there were moves to finalise the agreement, discussions were still ongoing and should be completed.
The suspect would be released on bail because of the ongoing strike by the Judicial Staff Union of Nigeria.
Mr Agbakoba reiterated that the governors should enforce the court’s decision in the interest of justice and the country.
