Mr Gambaryan pleaded not guilty to the money laundering charges the Nigerian government preferred against him.
Mr Anjarwalla, who the EFCC describes as “at large” in the counts, is expected to be arraigned in absentia.
Justice Emeka Nwite granted the interim order after ruling on the ex parte motion moved by the EFCC’s lawyer, Ekele Iheanacho.

Mr Sowore is standing trial before Justice Emeka Nwite on allegations of treasonable felony.
The lawsuit wants the Bayelsa governor and his lieutenant removed from office over multiple identities.
Mr Olatubora added that the parties have found a political solution to their problems.
