Mr Tamunobifiri allegedly obtained and distributed classified government documents, destroyed evidence and contravened relevant money laundering and cybercrime laws.
On Tuesday, Federal High Court judges will return to the courtrooms following the end of their annual vacation.
The defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against them.
The IGP had accused the 10 detained Nigerian protesters and others of conspiring with Mr Wynne to plot the removal of President Bola Tinubu.
Justice Nwite, who ordered the defendants to be remanded in Kuje Correctional Centre, adjourned the matter until September 11 to rule on the bail applications.
The court also ordered the banks to apprehend the account holders or anyone transacting business on the said accounts.
The senior lawyer had told the court that the defence had filed an appeal against the arrest warrant and other rulings.
Mr Bello has asked the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court to adjourn the ongoing case instituted against him by EFCC indefinitely.
“My client came here in a wheelchair. He has been complaining of back pain,’’ the lawyer said.
Mr Nwite fixed Oct. 11 for the commencement of the trial.
