A purported notice on the monetary policy was through “mere press remarks” by the embattled ex-governor of the CBN, Godwin Emefiele.
The suit was dismissed in the lead judgement prepared by Justice Adamu Jauro and delivered by Justice Emmanuel Agim on Friday.
The court set aside the July 1, 2022 judgment of the Lagos Division of the Court of Appeal.
