Six men are facing trial over their involvement in the alleged coup plot to topple President Bola Tinubu’s government.
The witness confirmed that none of the defendants in the case was a signatory to the account.
The court adjourned the matter until June 23 to continue the trial.
Responding, defence counsel, E. E. Ekere, said he was unaware of the allegations raised by the prosecution.
The ruling comes shortly after former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar called for Mr El-Rufai’s release to enable him to celebrate Eid at home.
Mr Abdulmalik then asked the defendant to identify his lawyer, and Mr Chidiebere pointed at Mr Balogun.
The judge, who struck out the suit, awarded a N10 million fine each against Mr Dagogo and his lawyer, totalling N20 million, in favour of all four defendants.
The judge adjourned the matter to May 25, and directed that the defendant be remanded.
Mr Mark and others argued that the matter related to the internal affairs of a political party and that it was not justiciable.
The Federal High Court, Abuja Division, on Monday barred journalists from covering the trial of six suspected coup plotters being tried by the government.
