The Federal High Court, Abuja Division, on Thursday affirmed the David Mark-led leadership of the African Democratic Congress.
The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court on Tuesday began the mass trial of suspected terrorists charged with terrorism offences.
Ms Onukwubiri was initially being prosecuted by the police on a nine-count charge.
The Federal High Court will commence its Christmas vacation on December 19.
Mr Kanu, in the motion ex parte, is seeking an order from the court to transfer him to Abuja National Hospital for urgent medical attention.
He alleged that a letter by the doctors to the director-general of the SSS, advising the transfer of Mr Kanu, had gone without answer.
The judge adjourned the matter until April for trial.

Speed Darlington sued IGP as the sole respondent in the fundamental right suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1832/2024.
The police had previously ignored a December 2024 court order directing Speed Darlington’s release.
