Tribunal dismisses Segun Oni’s petition, affirms Oyebanji as Ekiti governor 

The panel held that the petition filed by Mr Oni against the return of Mr Oyebanji and Mrs Afuye respectively “failed woefully head or tail.”

Ekiti tribunal grants Segun Oni access to inspect election materials used for June 18 poll 

The SDP candidate, in July, filed over 1000 pages of petition before the Ekiti governorship election petition tribunal, to challenge Mr Oyebanji’s victory in the governorship election.
