The Federal Road Safety Corps says it has begun ‘Operation Zero-Tolerance’ by deploying 1,107 personnel and special marshals across Kaduna.
The FRSC sector commander said the special patrol was for the command to achieve crash-free festivities.
Mr Lawal said the 1,769 personnel deployed are made up of 290 Officers, 979 Marshals and 500 Special Marshals.
The governors extended their sympathises to the families of those killed as well as those kidnapped or injured.
The suspected vandals were arrested in Dalle Village, Jema’a Local Government Area of Kaduna state.
