This was disclosed in a statement on Tuesday in Kaduna, signed by its chairman, Awwal Shittu, and secretary, Ibrahim Bawa.
She said the initiative aimed to amplify women’s and youth participation in community decision-making.
Mr Adams stressed that many properties are being rented out in the state; hence, KADIRS expects significant revenue from this initiative.

The convict collected N4.8 million from the complainants as tenancy and agreement fees.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge.
