The certified LGAs are Jaba, Kaura, Giwa, Jema’a, Kudan, Kauru, Soba, Zangon Kataf, and Kubau.
Mr Sani reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to the welfare of the people.
According to security sources, bandits attacked Rafin Sarki in Giwa LGA, with 11 locals confirmed killed.
Mr Dikko explained that the concentration of the artisans and car dealers in one place is in line with the urban development programme.
The state said all the enrollees are accessing Basic Minimum Package of Health Services as defined by the National Health Insurance Scheme.
