The governor urged young people to raise their voices, mobilise communities, and champion integrity in both public and private spaces.
The state anti-graft commission, established in 2005, has received over 6,350 complaints and recovered over N235 million.
The PCACC chair explained that a former Deputy Sheriff and a court bailiff were also arrested in connection with the land scam.
The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal has set aside the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) order suspending Muhuyi Magaji, the chairman of the Kano State Public Complaints and Anti-Corruption Commission
“We are fighting corruption in Kano with all vigour; we are investigating without compromise,” he added.
He explained that the day is commemorated with the view of mobilising the public towards fighting corruption.
Delivering ruling, Justice Usman Na’abba also ordered Mr Inuwa to produce one surety.
It stated that the suspect was arrested after breaking into sealed warehouses confiscated by the PCACC.
