According to him, anyone found culpable would be arrested and prosecuted.
In a bid to celebrate the New Year, Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has pardoned 77 prison inmates in the state’s correctional centres.
Mr Ajulo said that the approval represents a proactive step toward integrating Ondo State into Nigeria’s evolving national tax landscape.
Mr Ajulo said, “Whoever owned the truck will be fished out and will be joined in the prosecution.”
He said the council was also concerned about the spate of cultism in the state.
Mr Aiyedatiwa will be sworn in on Monday as the seventh elected governor of the state after winning the November 16, 2024, governorship election.
Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has pardoned 40 prisoners to mark his 60th birthday.
Mr Aiyedatiwa described the project as a historical milestone, stressing that the new complex was conceived under the late former governor.
Mr Ajulo stated that the measures were designed to protect lives and property, urging full compliance from parties involved.
Mr Ajulo, in a statement in Lagos, said the state’s future would be guaranteed if the people reelected Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
