The judge adjourned the trial to July 3 and 4 for its continuation and to July 21 for a ruling on the application to travel.
Justice Nwite adjourned the matter until June 26, 27 and July 4 and 5 for ruling and continuation of the trial.
The judge agreed with EFCC’s counsel that though a bench warrant was issued against Mr Bello, “fair hearing cannot be sacrificed on the altar of a bench warrant.”
The witness also told the court that she was not induced or influenced by any politician before or during the election.
A Federal High Court, Lagos, had on February 17 declined to vacate an interim order through which AMCON seized property belonging to Mr. Ibrahim.
