Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Tuesday, presented a budget proposal of N4.237 trillion.
Mr Sanwo-Olu stated, “Good governance is the backbone of development, and Lagosians must remain at the centre of every decision we make.’’
He stated that the governor is proposing a ₦4.237 trillion budget for the 2026 fiscal year.
The lawmakers acknowledged Mr Azeez’s dedication, service to the community, and commitment to public service.
Mr Tobun gave the commendation during an interview in Epe on Tuesday.
He commended her life of service, compassion, and strength.
The assembly also summoned the head of service to explain why some appointees assumed office without the statutory approval of the House.
Mr Shabi urged the students to be diligent and committed to their studies.
Mr Elliot said Mr Tinubu’s administration had made improvements in the economy, agriculture, infrastructure, health, and education, among others.
The speaker encouraged leaders to engage constantly with residents.
