Mr Hundeyin said the suspect allegedly pushed his younger brother down, and he hit his head on a pavement during a fight.
Mr Hundeyin said the mother of the baby reported that one Gloria Sunday allegedly absconded with her child to an unknown destination on July 11.
The police said investigation is ongoing.
The police said the suspects also allegedly inscribed the registration number given to the imitated company by NAFDAC on their water sachets.
The police spokesperson said the suspects were apprehended with the help of community members.
“They came under attack from motorcycle riders, resulting in the death of one of the civilians,” Mr Hundeyin said.
“They were rescued late last night in Orugbo Iddo.’’
He does not know her phone number or address in Nigeria, neither does he know any phone number in Uganda.
Lagos command spokesperson Benjamin Hundeyin stated that the attack happened after the days of enforcement of the Okada ban in the state by the police.
Mr Hundeyin said the command began investigating the suspect’s fraudulent activities after some court officials discovered them.
