The director-general of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Lanre Issa-Onilu, says the agency will produce world-standard cartoons to promote national values among children
He said the national values charter will be institutionalised as part of NYSC and ITF national symbols.

The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has begun sensitisation exercise to raise awareness on the new National Anthem and national values charter in Bauchi state
“Birth registration is crucial for developmental purposes, be it economic, social, or political. No nation can develop without it,” the NOA DG said.
According to him, the new anthem is part of the national identity project of President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
Mr Issa-Onilu said that the new anthem evoked the consciousness of Nigerians.
“The COMOS are the agency’s lead officers in the local governments.’’
The NOA DG said children must know the heroes of the communities and be proud of where they come from.
He said it was necessary to help inculcate the right values and characters into every Nigeria’s child.
