Mr Wike said that due to the ongoing rehabilitation of the plants, water supply from the two functioning treatment plants would be rationed for two weeks.
The spokesperson asked whether Ms Kingibe would look the other way if land allottees refused to pay ground rent for 10 to 43 years if she were the FCT minister.
The FCTA had, on March 17, announced the revocation of the 4,794 land titles over non-payment of ground rent for more than 10 years.
The inauguration of the projects would commence on June 10 and last for 19 days, according to the minister.
Mr Wike cautioned supporters of the suspended governor to desist from ridiculing the state.
Mr Wike warned that anyone operating an illegal facility or working in an unregistered health facility should be arrested and prosecuted.
Mr Wike described the development as another endorsement of the president’s good governance.
He added that the land allottees were also expected to develop allocated lands within two years.
Mr Olayinka said that the remaining 26 doctors would be recruited in due course by the FCTA Civil Service Commission.
The minister said that the news of Bernard’s death came as a rude shock to him.
