Mr Shuaibu added that adherence to established procedures and accurate documentation were essential to effective operations.
He pledged continued intelligence sharing and coordination to strengthen joint operations.
Mr Shaibu paid tribute to fallen heroes.
He said the Nigerian Army exists because of the sacrifices and dedication of its soldiers.
The president said the gallant efforts of the Armed Forces continued to degrade the capabilities of terrorist groups and bandits operating across the country.
The COAS said the training would sharpen participants’ ability to leverage technology as a central driver of practical, decisive operational plans.
He described the army as a professional, adaptable, and combat-ready force.
