Mr Irabor said, “That it is called Nigeria Defence Academy or military academy does not mean that it is not the same as any other school.”
“Psychological incapacitation among troops and family dysfunction negatively affects fighting capacity and unit operational effectiveness and efficiency.”
The military chief said other engagements are being held behind the scene as part of solutions to the country’s security threats.
The army asked the retired officers for suggestions as well as pointing out areas where they felt the military was making mistakes.
