Mr Alia wished all the party’s candidates success, as preparations begin for the 2027 general elections.
Mr Alia explained that the president won in all the 23 local government areas of the state.
The lawmakers lost to candidates believed to be loyal to Governor Hyacinth Alia.
Mr Omale said the party had made adequate arrangements for logistics and security.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, announced the resolutions after closed-door deliberations on Sunday.
He said the issues would be addressed at a stakeholders’ meeting scheduled for Sunday.
“Our role is to support the Benue State government with funding from the German government,” he said.
Mr Emenari, however, said one of the victims eventually escaped from the kidnappers.
“A disturbing fact is that these perpetrators move freely with their cattle under open grazing, despite the existence of an anti-open-grazing law,” said the Benue lawmaker.
Mr Emenari assured residents of the command’s readiness to maintain law and order before, during, and after the Easter festivities.
