Mr Dakat said that the 80,000-litre complex solar-powered motorised water scheme was handed over to the Pushit, Mangun, and Ampang West communities.
The media officer said the activities of the drug peddlers had largely contributed to the security challenges confronting the state.
The governor described the incident as an act of criminality.
Mr Mutfwang condemned the act in a statement by his media aide, Gyang Bere, on Saturday in Jos.
So far, more than 300 lives have been lost in the recent crisis.
This followed a Saturday night attack on the Sabon Gari community of Mangu LGA, where 12 persons were killed and six houses completely razed down.
Fresh attacks were reportedly unleashed on some communities in Mangu LGA on Saturday night, resulting in the death of nine people and loss of properties.
