The prosecutor said the defendant drove recklessly and caused the death of the late Esu Ema, a student of OAU, Ile-Ife.
Police said that the four victims were between 72 and 94 years old.
“It was not murder; it was an accident and was not deliberate, so he will be charged with manslaughter,” the spokesperson stated.
