Mr Julius was arraigned by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps for abduction and culpable homicide.
The presiding judge did not take the plea of the accused for lack of jurisdiction.
The prosecutor explained that the teacher committed the act with the boys separately on multiple occasions between February and July 2024.
The prosecutor said the complainant gets traumatised each time he sees the defendant.
The judge directed the prosecutor to forward the case file to the state DPP for legal advice.
The magistrate, Michael Bawa, however, reserved sentence until May 2.
Mr Kwasu adjourned the matter until February 29 for further mention.
Mr Kwasu refused to take the plea of the accused persons for lack of jurisdiction.
