Jonathan Bello said social visits and recreational outings had reduced drastically.
They appealed to Nigerians to make the most of their circumstances.

Mr Cobham said four countries; South Africa, Brazil, Turkey and Egypt would participate in the carnival.
The minister urged those opposing the FCTA park policy to have a rethink and support the administration in the journey to transform all parks.
