The National Economic Council (NEC) says President Muhammadu Buhari has approved a fresh N656 billion Bridge Financing Facility to 36 states.
The junior minister said the mines and solid minerals sector wanted the kind of support the CBN gives the agricultural sector.
The planned concession would increase export earnings from the two special economic zones to about $3 billion over five to seven years.

The minister said: “The more revenue we realise out of the budget, the less we borrow.
“Our economy has grown – the Gross Domestic Product – by 0.1 per cent and that is remarkable,” Senate President Ahmed Lawan said.
