The students expressed their grievances, saying they were tired of the over 100-day power outage at UCH.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge preferred against him.
He said the government remains fully committed to transforming Nigeria’s power sector through meaningful and actionable reforms.
Mr Tunji said the committee was set up to address the incessant grid collapses in the power sector.
She added that the committee commended colleagues and stakeholders for swift responses to grid collapses.
Mr Adelabu said the federal government was overhauling the national grid.
He said the committee members are expected to present a report to the minister on November 1.
Mr Adelabu said that the investment would cover Agbara, Mowe and Sagamu industrial clusters.
He urged DisCos to ensure adequate customer metering in order to give them the proper billings.
