Mr Morka stated, “The governor is the leader of our party in all the states of Nigeria, not just in the Rivers State. That we’ve made very clear.”
Mr Wike stressed that media houses operate as profit-driven businesses rather than charitable organisations.
Mr Olayinka said the minister had been quoted out of context and described the statement as hyperbolic.
Mr Wike said, “I am not saying I will kill him. I am just angered that he made that kind of statement on a national television.”
Mr Wike stated that the Bauchi governor had never been stable.
Mr Wike boasted that his administration had improved Abuja since he became FCT minister.
Mr Wike urged residents to remain patient, stressing that Mr Tinubu would ensure the university becomes a reality within his tenure.
Mr Wike assured residents that all refuse would be evacuated to restore environmental cleanliness.
Mr Wike also said his administration would not be moved by blackmail and intimidation tactics by the striking FCTA workers.
Mr Wike said, “You supported Tinubu in 2023, and today we are seeing the results. Do the same in 2027.”
