The judge, Mohammed Yakubu, adjourned the matter until June 25, 2026, for hearing.
Mr Ayuba alleged that Muniratu left her matrimonial home and stayed with her mother for eight months.
He also said the establishment of mini tanneries would reduce the consumption of hides and skin in the country.
Mr Yakubu said that the project would support the healing process and proper resettlement of displaced persons in Borno State.
Mr Yakubu said that banditry and herder-farmer clashes would be addressed by the creation of livestock ministry.
“This is in accordance with the global strategy for disaster risk reduction.’’
Mr Okoh explained that within the two years of Mr Yakubu administration, he was able to introduce new research and training in leather science technology.
“With consultation and legislation, this principal raw material for the leather industry will be rescued from our kitchen and redirected to a more productive leather enterprise.”
