Stakeholders in Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa have expressed concern over the deplorable conditions of some major roads in the North-East.
Mr Abba-Kaza noted that the outbreak had spread to 36 wards and more than 138 communities.
The affected colonel, I.A. Muhammad, and his men were attached to the 242 Battalion in Borno, the heartland of a costly insurgency that has persisted for 17 years.
Mr Daso said the state fire service, police, and other security agencies stationed at the camp successfully brought the fire under control.
She appealed to the public to protect national assets.
The governor reaffirmed that his administration would not relent until total peace is restored across every part of Borno.
He stated that the MNJTF welcomes more insurgents to surrender and embrace peace.
The International Community of Red Cross has provided 10,000 mental health and psychosocial support services to 10,000 traumatised victims in Borno in eight years.
The affected LGAs are Maiduguri Metropolitan, Damboa, Gubio, Jere, Konduga, Mafa, Monguno and Ngala.
