Proceedings at the Oyo State High Court, Ibadan Division, were halted on Tuesday after Mukaila Lamidi, aka ‘Auxiliary’, collapsed inside the courtroom.
The matter was adjourned until June 11 for the adoption of addresses in the trial-within-trial case.

Mr Hamzat listed the offences committed by the former PMS chairman to include murder, attempted murder, arms dealing, armed robbery and kidnapping.
The former Chairman of the Oyo Park Management Disciplinary Committee, Mukaila ‘Auxiliary’ Lamidi, remains at large.
Mr Makinde had said in the statement signed by his Chief of Staff, Segun Ogunwuyi, that the dissolution of the PMS was with immediate effect.
Prosecution counsel Sunday Fatola said that the defendant and others at large allegedly conspired to commit the offences as charged.
The union appealed to the media and the general public to stop attributing alleged excesses of the PMS to the NURTW.
