INEC is also expected to open its defence in the matter with two witnesses.
In a unanimous decision, the apex court upheld the order of the governorship election petition tribunal.
The Appeal Court on March 1, vacated the inspection order granted Mr Ajaka and his party by the election petitions tribunal.
The party frowned at the readiness of INEC to allow the legal team of SDP to inspect the election materials.
Justice Inyang Ekwo, in a judgment, also directed Mr Bello to tender a public apology to Mr Ajaka “for the gross and unwarranted violation” of his rights.
The certificates of return were presented to the duo at the INEC headquarters in Lokoja.
The SDP candidate also expressed doubt in the judiciary, saying he will not go to court to challenge the election outcome.
He advised the governor-elect in Kogi State, Usman Ododo, to demonstrate love for the people with all his heart.
“This election was devoid of casualties and we commend security operatives for that,” she said.
“What gladdens me about the victory of the APC in both Kogi and Imo states is that Nigerians are appreciative of good governance.”
