NCAA has issued a directive imposing a fine of $3,500 per passenger on airlines that flout the newly revised COVID-19 provisional quarantine protocols.
“In addition, it is a violation of Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations ( NCARs) 8.5.1.12 and 8.5.1.13. All operators and flight crews are hereby warned.”
The government is also considering a Rapid Response Squad around airports in the country.
The airline was presented with an Air Operator Certificate after completion of the airline’s application processes.
