Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria said Christians will reject a Muslim-Muslim presidential ticket rumoured to be under consideration by Bola Tinubu and the ruling All Progressives Congress.
The youths want the APC to pick Yakubu Pam, executive secretary of Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission, as Bola Tinubu’s running mate.
He added that to do otherwise, would be to further fuel “what divided us and gave room for mischief-makers to take advantage of our differences.”
Mr Sani said it was natural and logical for the APC to pick its vice-presidential candidate from among Christians in the north.
