NAFDAC issued the alert on X on Wednesday to notify healthcare professionals, caregivers, relevant stakeholders, and the public.
The agency warned that falsified, unlicensed, and unregistered medicines present significant risks to public health.
NAFDAC said that the items recovered during the raid included expired non-alcoholic beverages, dairy milk, candies, bottled water and pasta valued at N100 million.
Ms Aboh said young scientists were prioritised for the training drivers of innovation.
Mr Obegolu described the enforcement as economically disruptive.
He said the chemicals were intercepted during routine cargo examination.
Mrs Adeyeye said the enforcement was backed by law.
Martins Iluyomade, the director of investigation and enforcement, said Goya oil sold in PET bottles was not licensed by NAFDAC.
The agency said the injections are prescription medicines used as adjuncts to general anaesthesia.
Mr Ofomhi said targeting packaging formats did not address the root causes of substance abuse.
