The victim, 16-year-old Chioma Obi, gave birth to her third child in an uncompleted building, where she was harboured by the trafficking syndicate.
The victims were rescued in Kano between September 13 and 18 by the Joint Border Task Force.
The teenager from Ogun State was arrested on August 9 by immigration officers on her way to Libya to serve as a housemaid.
The orphanage was said to have housed many children from Adamawa, Taraba, Gombe and Plateau for trafficking to other parts of Nigeria.

Meanwhile, the Anambra Government has said that it has a facility to take care of victims of trafficking.

NAPTIP says travelling agents must obtain clearance certificates before embarking on a journey.
“There is a shift from physical recruitment to virtual recruitment through virtual assessment of victims and proxy negotiations.”
Mr Adetunji said the victim has been handed over to the National Agency for Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP).
